“It’s not faith if you can see it.”
I’ve said that to several friends over the past few weeks as they have struggled for sight. I’ve said it as they have struggled to believe. I’ve said it to try to convince them to believe for the impossible things in their lives. I’ve said it to encourage them to believe for things they have no assurance of apart from HIM. I’ve said it to give them hope for the impossible, or seemingly impossible.
Do you have things in your life you want more than life itself? Do you want assurance before you step out in faith? Do you live your life with one foot in the impossible and the other firmly planted in unbelief? Do you want things that would require a leap from the cliff of what is into the sea of possibilities beyond your control?
Yeah, me too! Want to jump with me?
Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. – Hebrews 11:1
