Thankful Thursday: Unexpected Reminders and Beautiful Worship

I got so caught up in my path pondering today that I didn’t realize it was Thursday, Thankful Thursday.

A friend shared the attached video with me because she knew I’d enjoy watching the use of the flags in it. She was right and what she didn’t realize is it is also the perfect song for where my heart is right now. He has me on a journey. He has me at a crossroads in my life. Some days I wonder if it isn’t actually a cliff. I was reminded today it might actually be something like the place that Much-Afraid was headed in the book Hinds’ Feet on High Places.  Whatever the place is, He is with me on the journey and if I go where He goes, say what He says and move when He moves, the path beneath my feet will be steady….as steady as it needs to be for the journey.

I hope you’ll take the time to watch the video and soak in the words.  I hope you’ll take in the beauty of the flags and the lady who is using them in her worship to Him.  They may not be for everyone, but my heart is taken into a deeper place when I see them used.
